Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original store tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
